Abstract

Reformasi birokrasi merujuk pada upaya untuk memperbaiki sistem birokrasi yang ada dengan menghilangkan kelemahan dan memperkenalkan perubahan yang diperlukan. Sasaran utama reformasi ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Dalam konteks ini, langkah-langkah seperti penyederhanaan prosedur administrasi, pemangkasan birokrasi yang berlebihan, dan penerapan sistem meritokrasi menjadi fokus utama.
