Abstract

Lembaga keuangan sangat dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat pada umumnya, khususnya koperasi yang banyak muncul ditengah masyarakat, fungsi koperasi sendiri sudah dirasakan sejak dulu dengan konsep perbankkan baik yang berbentuk syariah maupun konvensional. Selain itu, sector usaha kecil dan menengah juga memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunandan berkontribusi besar pada pembangunan Negara-negara berkembang. Salah satu contonhnya yaitu hamper 90% penduduk Indonesia bergelut dalam aktivits ekonomi disekotor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dan 70% dibidang pertanian. Dari sini dapat dilihat bahwa UKM menjadi patokan utama pemerintah untuk membasmi kemiskinan agar kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat tercapai. Pembangunan di sector UMKM sangat erat dengan ekonomi kerakyatan karena terdapat system ekonomi kekuatan rakyat didalamnya. Pembangunan ekonomi sejatinya berorientasi terhadap rakyat yang melahirkan ketahanan disegala bidang.
