Abstract

Precede-proceed (Green and Kreuter) adalah struktur yang komprehensif untuk menilai kebutuhan Kesehatan untuk merancang, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi promosi Kesehatan dan program Kesehatan masyarakat lainnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. PRECEDE menyediakan struktur untuk merancang program Kesehatan masyarakat yang ditargetkan dan terfokus. Proses perencanaan dengan memecahnya menjadi bagian-bagian kecil yang dapat dikelola. Ini juga memungkinkan untuk memperhitungkan baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Model mengakui bahwa perilaku adalah kompleks dari faktor-faktor yang perlu diurai dan perlu dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi intervensi.
