Abstract

Koperasi Di Indonesia bekerjasama dengan baik dengan sesama koperasi maupun dengan badan usaha lain yang bukan koperasi. Kerjasama dibidang usaha antar koperasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara membentuk organisasi baru yang berbadan hukum. Dimana masing-masing jenis koperasi dapat menggalang persatuan dan kerjasama dibidang usaha maupun non usaha diantara sesama mereka dan bahwa keberadaan induk tersebut dapat mewakili kepentingan masing-masing jenis koperasi pada tingkat nasional. Kerjasama koperasi tersebut ada yang bersifat horizontal dan vertikal, bahkan sebagai konsekuensi dalam melakukan kerjasama tersebut menghendaki untuk dibentuknya wadah organisasi baru untuk mengembangkan kegiatan usahanya.
