Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan produk kosmetik baik di kalangan perempuan maupun laki-laki dari berbagai usia cukup banyak, hal ini tentu berpengaruh pada meningkatnya jumlah permintaan bagi industri kosmetik. Di Indonesia sendiri sudah banyak perusahaan yang memproduksi produk kosmetik sehingga menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat. Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan harus terus mengembangkan usahanya agar dapat terus bersaing dalam pasar.
