Abstract

Ekonomi Kreatif adalah perwujudan nilai tambah dari kekayaan intelektual yang bersumber dari kreativitas manusia yang berbasis warisan budaya, ilmu pengetahuan, dan/atau teknologi. Pelaku Ekonomi Kreatif adalah orang perseorangan atau kelompok orang warga negara Indonesia atau badan usaha berbadan hukum atau bukan berbadan hukum yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Indonesia yang melakukan kegiatan Ekonomi Kreatif. Ekosistem Ekonomi Kreatif adalah keterhubungan sistem yang mendukung rantai nilai Ekonomi Kreatif, yaitu kreasi, produksi, distribusi, konsumsi, dan konservasi, yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku Ekonomi Kreatif untuk memberikan nilai tambah pada produknya sehingga berdaya saing tinggi, mudah diakses, dan terlindungi secara hukum.
