Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Da Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Baju Distro Otsky Di Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah target dan penjualan distro otsky mengalami fluktuasi cendrung menurun. Target penjualan 100% hanya terrealiasasi 74,75% berdasarkan prasurvey resvonden merasa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk rendah mengakibatkan tingakt kepuasan konsumen rendah. permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk baju distro otsky di bandar lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen distro otsky di bandar lampung sebanyak 100 responden, pengumpulan data menggunakan SPSS versi 23.0 . Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebesar Y = 5,137 + 0,185 X1 + 0,666 X2, Nilai kofisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,560. nilai F statistic sebesar 61,691 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Dengan demikian, Secara bersama-sama, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif cukup tinggi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yaitu sebesar 74,8% dengan sisanya sebesar 25,2% dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak dimasukan ke dalam model.
