Evaluasi Target Penggunaan Jam Kerja Dan Kinerja Perancangan Menggunakan Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulisan paper ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi target penggunaan jam kerja dalam perancangan dengan melihat parameter- parameter yang terkait dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat untuk mengukur berbasis strategi, yang melibatkan perspektif keuangan/financial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif internal proses dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pengembangan. Evaluasi pengukuran akan menggunakan metode kualitatif dari aktual data pengerjaan setiap kontrak kerja dan data base yang tersedia pada sistem recording absensi. Beberapa data juga merupakan data dumy karena sesuatu hal yang tidak memungkinkan untuk di dapatkan. Tahapan evaluasi menggunakan data aktual dan di bandingkan dengan strategi yang ditetapkan dari indikator kinerja (KPI) yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi/persentase jam kerja dalam satu tahun (EJK) , Perbandingan aktual jumlah jam kerja yang digunakan dengan alokasi jam kerja (AJK), Perbadingan jumlah dokumen/gambar yang diselesaikan dan yang benar (PDG), ketepatan waktu pengiriman sesuai jadwal (KWP) dan indeks kepuasan pelanggan (IKP). Nilai Kinerja Utama dengan hasil 91% masih belum memenuhi strategi organisasi yang menetapkan 95%, walaupun fokus utama (AJK) tercapai didukung oleh tercapainya (PDG) dan (KWP), tetapi (EJK) dan (IKP) masih memerlukan perbaikan. Fokus: Jam Kerja, Hasil Kinerja, Ketepatan Waktu dan Kepuasan Pelanggan
