Abstract

Hôm nay, nhân Tết Nguyên Tiêu (theo lịch âm là ngày rằm tháng Giêng năm Quý Mão 2023), tôi phát nguyện (kế hoạch 10 năm) xây dựng vườn hoa (khoa học) 108 bông hoa Scopus/WoS. Hành trình thực hành phát nguyện sẽ dựa vào nguyên tắc “sinh tồn và tiến hóa” đó là: 1. Tiết kiệm năng lượng, thời gian. 2. Chi phí tối thiểu [6]. 3. Minh bạch và theo tiêu chuẩn cao nhất về học thuật [7]. 4. Chở tư tưởng quan trọng nhất như: lý thuyết mindsponge [5], phương pháp BMF [4], cộng tính văn hóa [8], mindspongeconomics [9], văn hóa thặng dư sinh thái [10], văn hóa môi trường [2] ,… đi xa nhất có thể. 5. Ưu tiên các tạp chí được indexed trong hệ thống Scopus/WoS đáp ứng đúng đủ tiêu chí: chất lượng chuẩn quốc tế, hình thức đẹp, thời gian phản biện không dài, tiện lợi trong quá trình nộp và phản hồi, chi phí hợp lý, nhân viên tạp chí chuyên nghiệp và helpful (không ưu tiên nộp vào tạp chí nhóm Q1, Q2 vì đi ngược với nguyên tắc 1, 2).
