Abstract

Peluang pasar perbankan syariah yang masih sangat besar menjadi tantangan bagi perbankan syariah untuk bisa menarik minat masyarakat muslim menjadi nasabahnya. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bagi suatu bank. Kualitas pelayanan dan produk yang baik pada suatu bank akan meningkatkan reputasi bagi bank tersebut, meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen, meningkatkan word of mouth yang positif serta akan meningkatkan pula performance dari perusahaan tersebut serta akan menambah profitabilitas
