Abstract

Semakin majunya teknologi di masa sekarang ini. Menjadikan semua industri harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman, khususnya dizaman sekarang ini yang semuanya serba digital. Era digital ini juga harus diikuti oleh manusia. Dimana dimasa sekarang ini manusia dituntut untuk lebih berpikir global dan terbuka. Sehingga terjadilah organisasi yang positif. Organisasi yang positif ini juga tak luput dari campur tangan perusahaan, tentang bagaimana perusahaan membuat karyawan semakin berkompeten dalam bidangnya dan menjadikan karyawan yang memiliki mentalitas yang kuat dan karyawan yang sehat secara jasmani maupun rohani.
