Abstract

Rantai pasokan sangat membantu bagi perusahaan untuk memastikan keamanan dan ketersediaan bahan baku agar dapat memproduksi sebuah produk, baik berupa barang maupun jasa. Tujuan dari rangkuman paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang latar belakang dari rantai pasokan, manajemen rantai pasokan, dan elektronik manajemen rantai pasokan dan penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan pada industri makanan dan minuman.
