E-SCM pada Industri Real Estate

Abstract

Supply chain management atau SCM yang diintegrasi dan disinkronisasi pada teknologi dan internet disebut juga sebagai electronic supply chain management (e-SCM). Konsep dari e-SCM ini adalah menggabungkan aktivitas, aplikasi, dan fungsi kemitraan dengan internet sebagai aset yang tidak terpisahkan dari kesuksesan suatu perusahaan. Dalam industry real estat, SCM merupakan koordinasi antara property, vendor, orang, proses, sumber daya, dan informasi untuk mengirim produk atau layanan kepada pelanggan. Dalam hal ini, SCM pada industry real estat melibatkan manajemen kegiatan yang lengkap, dari menjual, membeli, atau menyewa rumah, bangunan, atau tanah. Ketika diuji pada penelitian terdahulu, terbukti bahwa korelasi antara SCM dengan variabel-variabel, seperti pasokan lahan, pasokan bahan konstruksi, pasokan tenaga kerja, pembiayaan, keamanan, dan sebagainya, adalah positif dan signifikan.
