Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BMT Amanah Ray Medan.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 orang karyawan BMT Amanah Ray TB. Simatuoang Medan, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling Sensusyaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) variabel komitmen organisasi mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, selain itu secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
