Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Provinsi Sumatera Utara berada di peringkat ke lima dari sepuluh provinsi termiskin di Pulau Sumatera. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara tahun 1999-2015. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen dengan nilai sebesar 16,99 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Secara statistik Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara
