Abstract

Sistem pembayaran non tunai adalah fasilitasi bank sentral untuk memperlancar seluruh transaksi giralisasi dan perkembangan instrumen alat pembayaran yang digunakan dalam memperlancar seluruh jenis transfer dana dan perkembangan alat pembayaran non tunai lainnya. Maraknya peredaran uang palsu di Indonesia disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor baik ekonomi, teknologi maupun lingkungan. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan peredaran uang palsu. Bank Indonesia telah mencanangkan kesadaran masyarakat melalui sebuah gerakan yang disebut Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai. Dalam melakukan inovasi, Bank Indonesia berusaha menciptakan nilai positif bagi masyarakat melalui penciptaan produk baru dan melakukan proses dan administrasi yang lebih baik dari pada produk sebelumnya. Kepuasan nasabah telah menjadi konsep sentral dalam teori dan praktik pemasaran, serta merupakan salah satu tujuan essential bagi aktivitas bisnis. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sebagai nasabah yang berada di dalam wilayah Kota Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 150 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS 22. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan inovasi produk, inovasi proses, dan inovasi administrasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam mendukung gerakan nasional non tunai di Indonesia.
