Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Kspps Bmt Amanah Ray Cabang Setia Budi Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 160 Nasabah BMT Amanah Ray Medan, pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu penentuan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda dengan ketepatan model (uji asumsi klasik), pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji persial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah, selain itu secara persial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruk positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
