PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI DAN JARAK TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN KOL BUNGA (Brassica oleraceae var botrytis L)

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur Kabupaten Asahan, dengan topografi datar dan tinggi tempat ± 21 m dpl. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai bulan Agustus 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dengan 4 taraf yaitu : K0 = 0 kg/plot, K1 = 1,8 kg/pot, K2 = 3,6 kg/plot dan K3 = 5,4 kg/plot. Faktor kedua adalah perlakuan jarak tanam dengan 3 taraf yaitu J1 = 20 cm x 60 cm, J2 = 33 cm x 60 cm, dan J3 = 40 cm x 60 cm. Hasil penelitian pemberian pupuk kandang sapi terbaik pada perlakuan 15 ton/ha (5,4 kg/plot) (K3) pada jumlah daun umur 4 MST (23,11 helai), lingkaran crop bunga (16,19 cm), produksi per tanaman sampel (1329,89 g) dan produksi per plot (6,62 kg). Perlakuan jarak tanam terbaik pada perlakuan 40 cm x 60 cm (J3) diantaranya jumlah daun umur 4 MST (23,92 helai), lingkaran crop bunga (15,72 cm), produksi per tanaman sampel (858,33 g) dan produksi per plot (4,67 kg). Interaksi pupuk kandang sapi dan jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kol bunga menunjukan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati.
