Pengaruh PDB, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, dan Defisit Anggaran Terhadap Utang Luar Negeri Indonesia

Abstract

Utang luar negeri di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Hal ini telah menjadi beban utang luar negeri yang sangat besar bagi negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), belanja pemerintah, dan defisit anggaran secara parsial dan simultan terhadap utang luar negeri di Indonesia. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa time series dari tahun 2000 sampai 2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), dan defisit anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap utang luar negeri di Indonesia, sedangkan belanja pemerintah memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap utang luar negeri di Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), belanja pemerintah, dan defisit anggaran terhadap utang luar negeri di Indonesia. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 91,8 persen mengindikasikan bahwa Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), belanja pemerintah, dan defisit anggaran memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap utang luar negeri di Indonesia
