Abstract

PT Semen Padang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan dan produksi semen, berkantor pusat di Indarung, Padang, Sumatera Barat. PT Semen Padang memiliki beberapa departemen dan biro yang menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi tertentu. Tugas dari Biro Perencanaan Pemeliharaan sesuai dengan lampiran 2 Keputusan Direksi PT Semen Padang No. 0000001/SM.02.02/SKD/50003853/3000/01.2018 adalah merencanakan, mengelola dan mengevaluasi sistem manajemen pemeliharaan dan sistem informasi pabrik dalam rangka mengoptimalkan koordinasi & integrasi aktivitas perencanaan & pengendalian seluruh proses bisnis di pabrik serta mengelola database master data. Biro Perencanaan Pemeliharaan juga terlibat dalam prosedur pengadaan jasa task force dalam proses pengadaan jasa task force. Beberapa pencatatan data surat perintah kerja dan rencana anggaran biaya belum dilakukan secara komputerisasi sehingga dapat menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Untuk menerbitkan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sementara harus melewati beberapa proses tahapan, begitu pula dengan proses penerbitan RAB realisasi, oleh karena itu diharapkan adanya suatu sistem yang dapat memonitoring jalannya proses pengadaan task force, sehingga melalui sistem dapat dilihat proses mana yang memakan waktu paling lama dan bagaimana perbandingan RAB sementara dengan RAB realisasi. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web agar dapat digunakan di berbagai sistem operasi.
