Abstract

Pengelolaan sebuah Desa mitra yang memiliki sumber daya berpotensi, melalui mekanisasi dan pengembangan SDM tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah Desa Wawowae sendiri saja, tetapi harus melibatkan perguruan tinggi yang berada di NTT dan keterlibatan pemerintah daerah. Semua pihak tersebut mesti secara bersama-sama memaksimalkan pengelolaan potensi yang ada di tengah masyarakat secara khusus di Desa Wawowae.
