Penerapan Teori Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Semangat Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kebersihan Dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara jelas bagaimanakah penerapan teori kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya dimulai dari pengertian kepemimpinan, peranan pemimpin atau kepemimpinan dalam organisasi atau perusahaan, motivasi kerja, bentuk motivasi kerja dan hubungannya terkait dengan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling (teknik sampel sederhana) pada beberapa pegawai Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya yaitu sebesar 16 orang dengan informan Kepala Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan teori kepemimpinan oleh pemimpin dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat kerja pegawai sudah sangat baik namun tidak signifikan.
