Abstract

CV. Mitra Denso merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan service AC mobil yang berlokasi di Jalan Pattimura. Selama ini perusahaan menganut gaya kepemimpinan yang otokrasi, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan yang terpusat pada diri pemimpin. Masalah yang timbul dalam perusahaan ini adalah tingkat produktifitas yang berfluktuasi karena pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif sehingga mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja karyawan bagian bengkel, permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah : Apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian bengkel Pada CV. Mitra Denso? Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian bengkel pada CV. Mitra Denso.Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Gaya Kepemimpinan Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian bengkel Pada CV. Mitra Denso di Bandarlampung. Dalam penulisan ini digunakan alat analisis kuantitatif dengan uji Chi-Kuadrat (X²) dan analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan konsep manajemen personalia. Dengan demikian jelaslah bahwa faktor gaya kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari 1. Hubungan antara pemimpin dan bawahan 2. Struktur tugas 3. Kewibawaan kedudukan pemimpin dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian bengkel pada CV. Mitra Denso di Bandarlampung, yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima.
