Abstract

Dalam melakukan kunjungan ke toko masih terdapat kendala dalam melakukan absensi, penjadwalan kunjungan ke toko. Pencatatan masalah toko yang masih menggunakan sistem manual akan menimbulkan banyak kendala, terutama pada penyelesaian masalah dari toko yaitu urutan toko yang akan di-remote atau yang akan dikunjungi tidak berurutan berdasarkan laporan dari toko, sehingga menyebabkan kegiatan operasional di toko terganggu. Dengan masalah ini sangat membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi toko Indomaret, agar bisa memenangi persaingan bisnis dengan kompetitor dan dapat melayani konsumen dengan baik. Untuk itulah dibuat Jurnal mengenai penanganan komplain toko dan penyelesaian masalah. Pada perancangan program perawatan ini, dalam merancang dokumen-dokumen masukan berupa data komplain dari toko yang dikirim lewat email atau dari telepon. Rancangan keluarannya berupa laporan komplain toko. Program aplikasi merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada yaitu mengurangi perulangan pencatatan data (redudansi).
