Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan menitikberatkan pada sisi keuangan yang menggunakan indlikator Return On Asset. Return On Equity, Operating income, tidak dapat menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan dan sering melupakan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan untuk jangka panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sumber daya manusia yang kapabei dan berkomitrnen tinggi sehingga dapat mendukung kualitas proses layanan customern untuk menjalankan teknologi mutakhir dan untuk menialankan proses layanan customer yang terintegrasi.
