Abstract

Salah satu elemen penting yang menentukan hidup dan mati perusahaan adalah keuangan perusahaan. Seluruh aktivitas perusahaan dalam sudut pandang keuangan terbagi dalam dua kelompok besar, penggunaan dana dan penghasil dana. Oleh karenanya, aspek keuangan perusahaan memainkan peran penting dalam mengukur kinerja perusahaan yang akan tercermin dalam laporan keuangan.Laporan keuangan adalah laporan yang terdiri dari necara, laporan aruskas dan dan laporan pengeluaran lain yang diharapkan bisa memberikan informasi mengenai perusahaan. Informasi tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis rasio keuangan perusahaan.Melalui rasio keuangan penilaian kinerja perusahaan dapat diketahui untuk kemudian dijadikan dasar dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan keuangan.
