Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan adalah hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan karaena hal tersebut akan dipersepsikan oleh konsumen setelah konsumen berkomsumsi barang/jasa. Perusahaan yang memuaskan sebagai besar kebutuhan pelanggannya pada sebagian besar waktu disebut sebagai perusahaan berkualitas. Melalui defenisi diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa suatu pelayanan jasa akan dikatakan berkualitas jika jasa atau pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan mampu memenuhi harapan atau ekspektasi dari pelanggan tersebut.
