Les bâtiments scolaires au cœur de la crise actuelle

Abstract

Afin de comprendre l’impact à ce jour de la crise économique et financière actuelle sur les programmes de construction et d’équipement de l’éducation, le Centre de l’OCDE pour des environnements pédagogiques efficaces (CELE) mène actuellement une enquête auprès des pays et régions membres. L’enquête porte sur trois questions principales : l’impact de la crise sur les projets financés par l’État, l’impact sur les projets financés par des initiatives de financement privées ou par le biais de partenariats public-privé et la mesure dans laquelle la crise a affecté la capacité de l’industrie du bâtiment à construire des écoles.
