L'école de Vuurvogel aux Pays-Bas : Un complexe au service d'un environnement pédagogique souple

Abstract

Les nouvelles méthodes d’enseignement et les changements d’organisation vont à l’avenir soumettre nos environnements pédagogiques à de nouvelles exigences. Les deux complexes de Brink et de Laak sont deux exemples apparentés d’un nouveau type de construction à usage collectif aux Pays-Bas. L’école primaire de Vuurvogel (oiseau de feu), qui accueille les enfants âgés de 4 à 12 ans, se trouve actuellement dans le complexe de Brink et déménagera dans celui de Laak lorsque ce dernier ouvrira en 2006. Les besoins de l’école de Vuurvogel et la conception modulable des bâtiments qui en résultent sont décrits ci-après en même temps que les caractéristiques utiles à l’instauration d’un environnement pédagogique souple.
