Le point sur les projets de gestion des actifs au Royaume-Uni

Abstract

Soucieux de sa mission éducative, le gouvernement augmente en ce moment considérablement les subventions d’équipements allouées au secteur scolaire. À travers divers dispositifs, près de six milliards de livres britanniques seront débloqués au cours des trois prochaines années pour financer des travaux d’entretien en retard et pour rénover des bâtiments scolaires. Il est important que ces fonds soient utilisés avec le maximum d’efficience et d’efficacité. Les autorités scolaires locales (LEA) auront pour tâche d’établir les Projets de gestion des actifs, qui couvriront les écoles publiques, toutes catégories confondues, situées sur leur circonscription. Un AMP offrira une base concertée à partir de laquelle pourront être déterminées, au niveau local, les priorités en matière de dépenses.
