Abstract

Lorsqu’en janvier 1998 le Québec a subi une vague de froid glacial, on a dû fermer les écoles et les universités pendant pas moins de 23 jours. Les paragraphes qui suivent relatent comment les autorités scolaires et universitaires ont fait face à cette crise et les enseignements qu’ils en ont tirés.
