Rasgos personales, lealtad y beneficios relacionales del consumidor

Author

Abstract

The present paper summarizes the results of an investigation whose aim was to examine the value a consumer attributes to its relation of loyalty with a firm. In the model we present the different forms of consumer’s loyalty (cognitive, affective, inertial or obliged loyalty) are direct determinants of the value a client would be able to obtain (functional, affective or saving value). We have tested this model for the relationships between a consumer and the financial firm he frequents. Finally, we have tried to verify if consumer´s personal characteristics are related to the establishment of a particular form of loyalty.
