Assessment of Partnership Marketing on Development of Cross Border Local Network
AbstractTraditionally, the public administration has been too little concerned with strategic aspects of its work; the treat of citizens as subjects of management assigned to a larger vision to perceive the role of public service as a mechanical application of the orders of the politicians which were only abilited to develop political skills and strategies. The administrative tasks were possible without having a long term perspective and this was one of the main criticisms of the traditional model of public administration. Under the new management philosophy, the results placed the spotlight of public institutions and the concern for establishing long-term strategies is inevitable.
