Abstract

Es probable que el título de esta última entrega, aparezca como desmedido si en su desarrollo no explicitamos las posibilidades de este fenotipo organizacional. Pero, nuestro planteo, más que prospectivo, se inclina por la internalización de sus virtudes y defectos para superar lo meramente anecdóti­co destacando lo esencial y sustantivo de su presen­cia en el mundo empresario.
