El trabajo en Mar del Plata. Feminización, informalidad y segmentación en tiempos de cambio macroeconómico

Abstract

El objetivo de este libro es dilucidar y comprender las razones de los vaivenes que se produjeron en el escenario laboral de Mar del Plata durante el período 2016-2019. Asimismo, poner en evidencia el aumento de la participación femenina en el mercado de trabajo y su inserción laboral diferencial como resultado de las denomina- das estrategias familiares de supervivencia. Para lograrlo, estudiamos la naturaleza de las principales políticas económicas que se fueron implementando a nivel nacional, sus efectos sobre la evolución de las variables macroeconómicas centrales y, consecuentemente, su impacto sobre la oferta y la demanda de trabajo local.
