Activos intangibles que generan valor agregado en el sector hotelero marplatense: las herramientas de la web social

Abstract

El desarrollo de éste trabajo, se efectúo con el objeto de determinar el grado de adopción de las herramientas de la web social en el sector hotelero para el desarrollo de sus servicios en el medio digital. En estas organizaciones, la comunicación con sus públicos objetivos a través de estos nuevos canales resulta de gran importancia para la formación de la reputación online dado el interés manifiesto sobre las opiniones de terceros en la elección de un destino y/o servicio turístico. Esta actividad, pilar de la economía local, desarrolla nuevas modalidades de negocios a través de las tecnologías, donde la reputación se torna sensible a la percepción de los usuarios, incidiendo en la rentabilidad de la empresa por su carácter de bien intangible. Para el logro del objetivo planteado se relevó información de los establecimientos registrados en el Ente Municipal de Turismo -EMTUR- de la ciudad de Mar del Plata en el año 2016, su presencia digital, herramientas de la web 2.0 y adhesión a portales específicos con información para viajeros. Los resultados muestran un sector que ofrece escasos canales de interacción para la comunicación con sus grupos de interés fuera del espacio tradicional del website.
