Abstract

A pesar de las dificultades en que se hallan actualmente las empresas, los negocios no son una especie amenazada de extinción; estas pueden cambiar para competir en la evolutiva economía global. La empresa Doe Run Perú propone a sus funcionarios retos vinculados a implementar o adoptar de manera efectiva las diversas técnicas que comprende la tecnología administrativa contemporánea en este caso dado la complejidad de los proceso operativos y el tamaño de la organización tomaremos como referencia para la presente investigación el circuito de cobre. Esta situación es el punto de partida que impulsa a realizar esta investigación, específicamente en aquellos temas relacionados a los procesos de adopción de técnicas de gestión estratégica con el propósito de obtener y mantener ventajas competitivas en un ambiente de mejora continúa. Para alcanzar este objetivo se busca identificar y describir todos los aspectos de gestión estratégica vinculadas con el proceso de adopción de técnicas de gestión.
