Abstract

Desde un enfoque constructivista estructuralista, se pretende hacer referencia a aquellas estructuras objetivas del mundo social y a los esquemas de percepción, pensamiento y acción constitutivos del habitus que condicionan la existencia de TI e interpelan al "deber ser" propuesto por las normativas referidas a la problemática. Ello se hace desde un posicionamiento situado en lo local, como caso, de las percepciones de familias urbanas del Partido de General Pueyrredon, Es decir, se evidencian empíricamente, las causas por las cuales aún hay TI en ese espacio geográfico.
