Análisis de las condiciones de vida y de la protección social de la infancia en el Partido de General Pueyrredon entre 2003 y 2010

Abstract

El presente documento ofrece un panorama de la situación de la infancia en el Partido de General Pueyrredon durante el período 2003-2010. El marco de referencia para el análisis es el propuesto por la "Declaración y Plan de Acción de la Cumbre Mundial a Favor de la Infancia" hace más de 20 años (UNICEF, 1990). Se evalúa, entonces, el cumplimiento de los derechos de los niños y niñas, a partir de los objetivos de lograr el fortalecimiento, protección y asistencia a la familia como grupo fundamental y entorno natural del crecimiento y bienestar de los niños y asimismo la mejora de las condiciones de educación y salud.
