Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es la exposición y enumeración de los efectos positivos y negativos que tiene la aplicación del Registro Fiscal de Operadores en la Compraventa de Granos y Legumbres Secas sobre los operadores del sector y el impacto que tiene sobre toda la actividad. Se analizará la jurisprudencia reciente y los principios constitucionales que se aplican en el campo de la tributación, como así también la aplicación de las normas relativas al Registro Fiscal y la posible desviación a los mencionados institutos constitucionales. Se evaluará si se cumplen cabalmente los objetivos para los que fue creado y se propondrán posibles correcciones con el fin de perfeccionarlo.
