La cohesión social y su interrelación con la institucionalidad. Un análisis empírico para Mar del Plata (Argentina)

Abstract

El objetivo de este documento es realizar un análisis parcial de la cohesión social, por la importancia que tiene la misma en relación a la institucionalidad gubernamental. La idea subyacente en este nexo es que cualquier acción que un gobierno lleve adelante obtendrá diferentes resultados de acuerdo al grado de institucionalidad que detente. Esto dependerá además de la eficacia en la gobernabilidad, de la legitimidad que los ciudadanos le otorguen a esas acciones.
