    Abstract

    Ce texte a pour objectif de comparer la structure des d�penses publiques dÕun point de vue r�gional (territorial) et dÕun point de vue communautaire (linguistique) : dÕune part nous comparons les d�penses (tant r�gionales que communautaires) qui sont effectu�es sur le territoire des R�gions flamande, wallonne et bruxelloise ; dÕautre part, nous comparons les d�penses (tant r�gionales que communautaires) r�alis�es par les n�erlandophones et les francophones. A partir des budgets initiaux de 2010, nous souhaitons mettre ainsi en �vidence les priorit�s implicites des choix budg�taires, les points communs et les divergences dans lÕaffectation des masses financires, dÕune part en fonction de la localisation des d�penses et dÕautre part en fonction de lÕappartenance linguistique. Les comparaisons faites � partir des budgets 2010 sont fort semblables � celles portant sur les budgets 2009.
