The Role of Workplace Accommodations in the Employment of People with Disabilities

Abstract

This study uses a 2015 survey of applicants to state vocational rehabilitation agencies to explore receipt of workplace accommodations among individuals with disabilities. Receipt of accommodations is positively associated with continued employment.
