Abstract
Obiettivo di questo lavoro introduttivo è quello di esplorare le valenze trasformative delle organizzazioni derivanti dallo sviluppo di una tecnologia eclettica - tra organizzazione, decisione e azione - rappresentata dagli Agenti Intelligenti. Particolare riferimento è dedicato ai processi decisionali emergenti all'interno e all'esterno di un impresa allargata o estesa oltre cha dal lato dell'utente, in un quadro di economia digitale la cui complessità è da indagare dal lato dell'improbabilità dell'informazione e la cui utilità è a valore crescente. Intelligent Software Agent come infrastruttura di un intelligence core delle organizzazioni knowledge based orientate alla governance di ecologie del valore come espressione di potenziale. Gli IA sono dunque qui interpretati come meta-organizzatori di processi decisionali "riduttori" di entropia e dunque di complessità delle relazioni tra organizzazioni, mercati e utenti. Una esplorazione simulativa del mondo dell'e-commerce aiuterà a descrivere l'impatto di queste tecnologie organizzative miste e i mutamenti attesi della web-organization sotto il profilo della sua avanzata robotizzazione, capaci di ridurre il costo di conoscenza diretta oltre che di ridurre quelli di non conoscenza.
