O Impacto Das E-Planets Na Formatação De Produtos De Real Estate – A Nova Economia Da Disrupção

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir de forma crítica os impactos na formatação de produtos de real estate causados pelas plataformas colaborativas, e-planets. São abordados principalmente as alterações na geração de receitas e custos, sejam na implantação, venda ou operação. As empresas baseadas em plataformas colaborativas estão redesenhando os modelos de negócio, ganhando espaço rapidamente na sociedade em termos de confiança (para o consumidor) e valor (investidores). Os produtos imobiliários para venda e, principalmente, para renda, estão sendo profundamente afetados por plataformas como AirbnB e Amazon, e novos produtos deverão ser desenhados dada a rigidez do investimento e a velocidade da formação de novos modelos de negócio.
