Centros Comerciais: Novos Formatos De Investimento

Abstract

O mercado imobiliário tem apresentado grande energia e sensibilidade para absorver novos formatos de negócio. Este trabalho se propõe, através da apresentação de alguns estudos de caso, a ampliar os horizontes dos empreendedores para novas alternativas de investimento, demonstrando tanto a necessidade quanto a viabilidade destes novos formatos de negócio. Os casos aqui apresentados foram fruto de estudos de viabilidade elaborados para empreendedores que atuam no mercado e que nos forneceram as diretrizes e os dados para que pudéssemos desenvolver o nosso trabalho. Portanto são casos reais e que ainda se encontram em estudo para implantação.
