Abstract

O mundo digital introduziu na vida em condomínio novas tecnologias e formas de comunicação. Várias transformações se processam e influenciam diretamente os processos de administração de condomínio. O tema contemporâneo ganha destaque com a análise da aplicação da tecnologia sob o aspecto social e jurídico.Este artigo visa propor uma reflexão sobre a possibilidade de realização de assembleias por meio da internet, suas vantagens e desvantagens. Objetiva-se identificar o suporte jurídico necessário que as viabilizem sob os aspectos de validade, segurança e eficácia, a atuação dos profissionais envolvidos, os custos; a operacionalização das atividades para os administradores, condôminos, profissionais envolvidos é um desafio que se impõe.
