Abstract

O objetivo desse artigo é analisar do processo de valorização imobiliária que ocorreu na porção sudoeste da cidade de São Paulo, a partir dos anos 1990, como conseqüência das Operações Urbanas Faria Lima e Água Espraiada, buscando identificar os impactos físico-espaciais e sócio-econômicos decorrentes dessas intervenções.
