Abstract

O trabalho se propõe a apresentar para discussão, metodologia para Avaliação de Servidão de Passagem em Área Rural, levando-se em conta fatores de recomposição dos solos, desvalorização em classes de solos, desvalorização do Remanescente, riscos de erosão, além dos danos emergentes e lucros cessantes.
