Estabilidade Macroeconômica, Novos Investimentos E O Mercado Imobiliário Brasileiro

Abstract

O artigo mostra que as características que delineiam a configuração econômica, financeira e política do capitalismo contemporâneo têm contribuído para sedimentar nas últimas décadas o estreitamento das relações entre o capital imobiliário e o capital financeiro. A disseminação dos mecanismos de securitização de ativos e de outros instrumentos financeiros tem conferido maior liquidez aos ativos imobiliários e garantido uma mobilização significativa de capital para novos empreendimentos imobiliários. O Brasil, em virtude do longo período de estabilização macroeconômica, tem gradativamente se inserido nesse circuito e se tornado um ambiente propício para a de novos investidores (Fundos de Pensão, companhias de seguros, etc), bem como de investidores estrangeiros.
